In 2016, The Ann Arbor Student Home Building Industry Program completed it’s 46th and final home in the Sumerset Neighborhood.
In the fall of 2016, the program moved to its new location in the Kirkway of Scio subdivision on the west side of Ann Arbor with the overwhelming support of its new neighbors.
The students began construction of a brand new house design at this location. The home is approximately 3,300 square feet. The upper level layout hosts a master suite, 3 bedrooms and 2nd full bath. The main level features a mudroom/laundry, open kitchen with dining room, great room and 1/2 bath. This home also has a walk out basement with a bedroom that could also be used as an office space and a 3rd full bath.
